  Chipotle has been hit & miss for several years now. Used to order lunch delivery from Redmond at least 2 times per month for myself & partner. That stopped about 2 years ago. It's so incredibly hard to find a good Chipotle anymore; I've been to several. **UNTIL TODAY!!** This location prepared my burrito bowl exactly as ordered & it was delicious!!! Just as I remember how Chipotle used to be!! Thank you so very much!! TRULY!! ***EDIT: I just read several reviews for this location, which appears to be similar to other locations. My delivery experience today may have been a "one-off", but either way, I was incredibly happy!

  The online/mobile workers are rude and have no idea how to make the food people order. Steak burrito had 5 pieces of steak, no veggies and I ordered extra. I am not exaggerating. This time was the last time at this location. Most expensive Taco Bell sized burrito. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR MOBILE AT THIS PLACE. It’s a waste of money. I don’t recommend this place.

  The food is pretty good quality, but management has not trained staff well in preparing dishes. A bowl sometimes means a full bowl, and sometimes half a bowl, you never know in advance. And why would anyone throw the cheese on top of the lettuce in a Mexican dish rather than let it melt with the beans and veggies?

  The service was soo rude the lady in the counter wasn’t even listen to me and just threw away food and started to make another one without any explanation of why and she wasn’t getting what I was trying to say after I said I just wanted everything but the corn she decided to throw away all the things she had put into my food and restart this made me upset because I know all the chipotle employees work really had to make that food and since this is not the only time I had problems in this exact chipotle there are many countless problems I had this will be the last time I will eat this food going forward Thank you hope you improve your communication skills and your service

  First off, the food was amazing. I can’t say anything bad about the food. I understand how chipotle works I’ve been to many. However the service was horrible at best. I came in and ordered two entrees and I was rushed through the line in less than 30 seconds. The first team member kept asking anything else like i was an inconvenience and the second (toppings) kept trying to wrap the burrito and but the bowl on my food. I had to ask her twice to put cheese and sour cream on both and had to ask her to remove the lettuce from the bowl since she just threw it on there. The payment process was easier-the gal working the register was friendly and in good spirits.
