I ordered 2 of the 4 piece Chicken Tenders and had to wait 15 minutes for them. Really? 15 minutes for tenders that do not take anywhere near that long to fry? This was also around 11:20pm and only 2 other cars came through the drive thru so they were not busy. To top it all off, they forgot my ranch so I had to go back through the drive thru to ask for it. When I mentioned that I wasn't given my sauce, the immediately got an aggressive attitude with me. Then when I pulled up to the window, they slammed 2 ranch cups into my hand and slammed the window shut. So not only were they extremely rude and unprofessional, they also jipped me on sauce. 1 ranch cup is not enough for an order of 4 tenders. So they literally only gave me half of my sauce. Oh and the icing on the cake? I also ordered 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and the beef was old, cold and dry. It had clearly been sitting for a long time because it wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. And you know the burgers sat for the entire 15 minutes that it took them to cook my chicken. Plus they wouldn't give me a receipt either. Take your business elsewhere. They do not deserve it here.

And most recently at 11pm on Sunday night 11/9/25, I was given food that gave me food poisoning. Will be contacting corporate.
