    Not the fastest in town, but they definitely take a lot of care! I moved nearby so ive been going more frequently. They're always super nice and patient. The taller gal working tonight had a decent bit of customers. I have food allergies so I never mind a few minutes wait, and its never as long as it feels. My orders have been all good so far, nothing is ever missing, and I cant recall ever not being able to eat my food because they accidently put my allergens on.

    I hadn't had Sonic since I moved to WA and found this Sonic hidden on a hill. Food was hot and service was fast!!

    We visit this location few times a month. We have noticed that the staff being rude for a while now. We’ve put up with it until last night, when it was too much even my daughter noticed how the employees were treating us. The person at the counter made no attempt to even act like she cared about customer service.

    We don’t eat here. Like ever. We’re not from Bonney lake. But last night we figured we were in town so why not. There were 5 of us - my husband and I and our 3 kids. I ordered the coney chili dog - the Costco sized one and I got a small order of mozzarella sticks. I asked for ranch dressing to dip. The girl confirmed our order and read it off to us. It sounded correct. Only when we got our food, there was no ranch. Nothing to dip my mozz sticks in and my chili dog was practically bare. Not a chili bean in sight. So we went back through the line and I showed her my food. She looked at our order and said we would need to be charged for the ranch since they didn’t charge us for it the first time and they’re “only allotted a certain amount of chili for the chili dogs” so they would need to charge us for more chili. Are you kidding me?!? We just paid over $60 for our food. But fine, we will pay. We got two ranches and a cup of chili. I swear to you, they watered down the chili. It was so runny and again, no beans. Chili is literally beans. I didn’t even finish it because it wasn’t good. I used to love this place years ago when we lived in town. My friends and I would have Sonic nights. But I know we won’t be coming back. I was so sad that this is how our food and service was received. Especially for the amount of money we spent. Now I know why the parking lot was empty.
