I greeted her and attempted to speak, but she did not acknowledge me at all, no greeting, no response, no basic communication. Her demeanor and body language felt very cold and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I don’t expect small talk, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be standard in customer service. I’ve worked in customer-facing environments for years, and this experience fell far below that standard. I will not go through her line again.
