When I came in, I checked my name so with a small amount of effort they could have just said something really quick. When I came up to the registered to check on it, the clerk was very rude and he told me to have a great day in a very sarcastic and rude manner they just rubbed me the wrong way.

The cuts do not line up, the pepperoni pieces that are cut are missing the other halves. It was cold and limp. When I called to get some clarification as to why our pizza looked like this, the manager was beyond rude, gave a lame excuse for why it was like this and made no attempt to rectify the situation. Apparently their adds that claim that they will do what they can to make the customer happy are wrong. When I let him know he was losing a long time customer, he just hung up on me. If I could give a no star rating, I would. Poor customer service all around at the Bonney Lake Washington location.
