  Put an order in on Chipotle app last night around 9:20 PM. Said the order will be ready at 9:30 app updated me and said order was ready pulled up around 9:35 and sat outside the window until 9:54 until someone finally came over and gave me my order that has been sitting there for over 20 minutes. What made it worse was at least three employees looked out that window and seen me sit there they even added more orders to the shelf while I just sat outside waiting about 15 minutes into waiting I started knocking on the window, but they just ignored me completely. I usually do 2 to 3 orders a week with chipotle for dinner or lunch, but I will not be using this Bonnie Lake location ever again.

  Zero stars. Half my order that I paid for was missing. I tried to call for refund and it's impossible to get past the bots. That's the last time for me. Unbelievable.

  Gives about 2 out of the 4 oz of chicken they’re supposed to and when I asked if that was a full scoop of chicken they said it was when it’s clearly less than a half scoop

  Hands down the fastest chipotle I have ever been to!!! They have me in and out so daggon fast!!!! This location had a drive thru as well if you do a mobile order.
