- LLLilly LiraJul 30, 20251.0This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A woman, possibly named Alex, refused to remake our sandwich after it was made incorrectly. My sister has a mushroom allergy, yet the sandwich still came with mushrooms. When we explained the situation, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, insisting we would have to pay for a brand new one instead of correcting their mistake. She argued with us, showed no concern for the allergy issue, and ultimately refused to remake the sandwich. Completely unacceptable behavior—absolutely would not recommend this store.
