Or the ingredients just aren’t up to usual standards (beans are like a thick brick). After a couple times of that I gave up and made the Ferndale TB my main go-to since they’re always consistently good. Today I was in a pinch and decided to give them one more try. Wish I hadn’t. Not only were they out of an item but they were again slow and they forgot the sauces in the bag. I’d ordered on the mobile app so I couldn’t even cancel the order at the window when they said they were out of the item. And the mobile app is supposed to not allow you to order an item that’s not available. This TB is officially x-ed out on my map.
