I order my pizza well done. The last 6 times in a row it was basically raw. The employees clearly cant read the orders. The pizza is disgusting if not well done. How does their oven have a setting that doesn't even cook all the way? Hopefully the owner starts having some pride and finding employees who read directions. Im also surprised raw pizza is served.
- DBDeena BronemannDec 5, 20251.0Three strikes and they are out! First time we tried to order pizza from them. They had a typo in a local flyer. They refused to honor the price they advertised. The young man at the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing. The next time we actually were able to place our order. When we brought it home, two of the pizzas were not what we ordered. The third time we tried ordering pizza the app said it was being prepared and would be ready in 25 minutes. Since we lived 20 minutes away, I left to get the pizza. When we got there they said it was not quite ready. So I waited in my car as there is not much room to wait inside. After almost a half an hour I entered the store and asked why I didn't receive a notification yet that the pizza was ready. They said it wasn't even started. They had a large order of six pizzas. No regular order for pizzas was going to be made until after that order was complete. I canceled my order and left. I was not willing to wait another hour for pizza. If the staff had let us know in the first place it would have been much better. Don't trust the time on the app. We will not try ordering pizza from here again nor will we ever recommend it to anyone.
