- RLRyan LeeJan 18, 20262.0I first tried KKC a year ago and was blown away by how a gas station could make such juicy tender chicken strips, tasty biscuits and decent sides for a reasonable price. Fast forward to 3-6 months ago, and my recent two experiences were very disappointing. One time my chicken was lukewarm and my biscuits were super hard like rocks. My potato wedges were cold. Another time the chicken was warm and juicy, but the biscuits were again rock hard and had to throw them away. I hope they can improve their execution but I won’t be back unless I’m convinced they improved.

- DDdunhamjrJun 21, 20244.0The food is pretty good considering it's based inside a gas station. It's a chain not independent. The fried chicken is pretty good. The jambalaya has pretty good flavor but the rice is overcooked. The mac and cheese is very runny and bland. The red beans and rice needs a lot more seasoning.
