Went saturday night to get frosty no answer at drive thru no answer at window so i called 3x and finally answered and they said there server or something was down all day and I'd have to go on the app and cancel my order myself and hung up the phone

Very cold food left overs really. My order was incorrect multiple times. The young staff they have there are very poor at their jobs. My experience since they have opened. 5 times I have been there. If I could give a lower score for the drive I would.

Went in the store on Friday Oct 17th for the first time; If you're looking for a quality fast food service restaurant with good people, look no futther. Great place. Breakfast was great also!

Consistent issues in the drive thru. Three times now and every time has been chaos trying to use the app and our orders are wrong. We will not be back. The one in Covington is much more efficient. There seems to be serious lack of training and leadership at this location. No one ever seems to know what's going on. For as new as it is, you would expect everyone to be fresh and up to speed and trained. The employees seem nice enough, I just don't think they have been properly trained, which is through no fault of theirs. I see other reviews mention the same.

I’m glad to have this new Wendy’s location but have been disappointed with the staffing/management. There’s one woman who always seems angry. You can never tell which window you’re supposed to pull up to. The vibes are very off among the staff. The frosties are constantly too soft. Also, pretty disappointing that a brand new building has an “okay” food rating. It doesn’t get any cleaner than brand new.
