- JBJaymie BarthOct 18, 20251.0Consistent issues in the drive thru. Three times now and every time has been chaos trying to use the app and our orders are wrong. We will not be back. The one in Covington is much more efficient. There seems to be serious lack of training and leadership at this location. No one ever seems to know what's going on. For as new as it is, you would expect everyone to be fresh and up to speed and trained. The employees seem nice enough, I just don't think they have been properly trained, which is through no fault of theirs. I see other reviews mention the same.

You can never tell which window you’re supposed to pull up to. The vibes are very off among the staff. The frosties are constantly too soft. Also, pretty disappointing that a brand new building has an “okay” food rating. It doesn’t get any cleaner than brand new.
