Normally have liked this location, but over the last few months, they have begun to get my order wrong about 80% of the time. Genuinely not sure how this keeps happening. Idk if it's a staff change or what, but it's pretty inconvenient. They are nevertheless friendly and happy to help make it right, but it is kind of baffling. Makes me not want to come here.

My husband ordered from Wendy's by doordash yesterday evening, everything tasted fine until around 5pm.
My stomach started to hurt I got sick because the employees didn't put the ranch sauce in with the cold frosties that we had ordered, the sauce got hot and I'm still recovering today.
Just a suggestion to employees and managers, please keep cold with cold and hot with hot, this could have been so much worse like me going to the hospital.

Never order delivery with these guys. They will mess up your order and the app/website won’t let you customize extra ingredients and for what they do let you customize, this location will not adhere to that and will mess up on basic orders too. Like my cheese fries have no cheese, I ordered a burger with no onions and to add lettuce and tomatoes to my burgers and they didn’t do any of those changes and they didn’t even add the lettuce and cheese to my grilled chicken wrap. See, I would’ve just called them or done a survey, but the call will drop as soon as you hit “4” for feedback and they say you can do a survey on the website, but I have yet to find the survey. Wendy’s is turning into the worst place to order food from.
Drive thru fries were literally cold, forgot straws with our drinks, and they were nasty enough not to change gloves so my chicken sandwich was covered in nacho cheese sauce fingerprints from what I’m assuming was a bacon cheeseburger. Really wouldn’t care but it took my whole lunch break to get something that was inedible.
