  Always takes FOREVER to get my food even when I order ahead. 9/10 times will forget my sauce, straws and napkins.

  Typically only go in the evening. Seems like the workers are doing their best but under staffed. Can be somewhat of a wait even if ordering ahead.

  Quite possibly the worst experience we’ve had at a McDonalds. After waiting for 10+ mins, we were told that the milkshake machine was broken. Then told they can’t refill the empty Diet Coke syrup “for another hour at least”. I was looked at like I was the crazy one to expect to be provided a service I had already paid for. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, with my son telling me that he’d rather “just hold it” Stay away.
