  Absolutely the worst subway experience by far. When we walked in the whole store was empty. No employee to be seen. About a minute later she comes out of the restroom with a horrible look on her face. She was mumbling talking so quietly that I had to ask her multiple times “what”. She looked like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. She threw our sandwiches together as tho us being there was a problem. When we get to the register to pay she said something under her breath and my husband ask what she said. She didn’t repeat herself. She asked if I wanted a receipt. Um yes. I will absolutely not be back to this location to spend my money. At the end of this all she didn’t say have a good night or anything. I was going to just walk out but I couldn’t keep it in. I told her she has had a shitty attitude this entire time we were in. She was not friendly in any way and I suggest if she can’t be kind to people then maybe don’t get a customer facing job. Her response was classic. She said. “How I didn't say anything.” Yeah I know that’s part of the problem you are ment to speak to your customers when they are placing an order. 0-10. Won’t be back at all I’ll drive to a different location before I put up with that. She then loudly said to have a good night and I told her I hope you don’t. Petty I know but these young kids need a taste of reality especially if I’m spending my money somewhere. It made sense why her tip jar was empty. To the manager. I hope you see this and I hope you correct such poor behavior so your establishment can have a beater look for itself.

  I had a very bad experience at this Subway location. I ordered a Subway pizza, and when it was served, the pizza was stuck to the paper so badly that it was almost impossible to eat. When I politely requested a replacement, the staff member (a girl at the counter) was extremely rude and refused to help. This kind of behavior is very disappointing and not what I expected from a well-known brand like Subway. I hope they improve their service and train their staff better in handling customer issues.

  First time into the store late at night was great. The person at the counter was helpful and energetic and made my sub perfectly. The second time though was awful. The girl had earbuds in while slicing meat, completely ignored multiple of my requests, and basically could not of cared less. Put on too much lettuce, didn't listen to my sauce requests until I repeated it a third time, and really overall was clearly not happy to have to help a guest.
