They were supposed to deliver the food to my home between 3pm & 7pm, but didn't begin shopping until after 6pm. I canceled the order after the third delay, but they still had a poor uber driver drive all of the way out here anyway. After he learned that i had cancelled the order, He was concerned about getting paid for his time since I could not/would not accept delivery. Safeway customer service said that Safeway could not help him. I gave him some money for his time and he took the groceries back to Safeway. When I asked when I would get my money back from Safeway, she said I would have to wait seven business days. Shoddy work all around.
