  Don’t know her name but the girl who worked on the 24th in evening time wearing a mask was very sweet and is every time we come in! Just wanted to appreciate how helpful she always is. Last time I came in she was doing a bunch of online orders by herself I felt so bad!!!

  Everything about this Chipotle is great, it hits on all levels. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently made right. The portions are solid, the ingredients taste fresh, and everything feels clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and keeps things moving efficiently, even when it’s busy. Overall just a really great experience every time. Highly recommend!

  I am beyond frustrated with this Chipotle location. This is the SECOND time we’ve placed an online order, paid for it, driven all the way to the store, and only then found out they couldn’t even make our food. When we arrived to pick up our order, there was a tiny sign posted saying they were out of “multiple items” — which turned out to be basically everything needed to make our meals. Why are you allowing customers to place online orders if you don’t have the ingredients to fulfill them? The app gave zero warning. No notification. No update. Nothing. Instead, customers are expected to show up, discover the problem themselves, and then “contact support” to fight for a refund. That is completely unacceptable and a massive waste of time. Running out of an item occasionally is understandable. Running out of nearly everything and still taking online orders is just poor management. It feels careless and disrespectful to your customers. If you can’t make the food, turn off online ordering. It’s not complicated. We will not be ordering from this location again. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is ridiculous.

  I am extremely frustrated with this Chipotle location. I placed an online order and at no point during checkout was there any notification that the store was experiencing major outages on almost everything on the menu. If I had known that, I obviously wouldn’t have placed the order. I drove all the way to the store only to see a sign on the door saying they were out of most items. When I went inside, the restaurant was already being cleaned and all the food was put away. My order wasn’t prepared not even partially and they told me my only option was to call customer service for a refund. This is incredibly inconvenient and a complete waste of my time. This is also the second time this has happened at this location. Twice now I’ve driven there after placing an online order just to be told I can’t get my food because of ongoing operational issues. It’s unacceptable that online ordering is still active when the store can’t fulfill orders. Customers shouldn’t have to show up in person just to find out the store can’t make what they paid for. Management seriously needs to address the continuous problems at this location.

  Staff were panicking, had fully diverted all resources to filling door dash orders and were turning in store customers away, offering vague leftovers. Were out of all but 1 protein, no beans, and scraped together some burnt bottom of the tray rice to cobble together my bowl. Was quite a train wreck, watched at least 8 people walk about empty handed while we stood there and another 10 or so standing by waiting for their orders to get filled looking like it had been a while. Overall pretty bad vibe. Staff seemed like they were trying but had little idea what to do about the situation.
