  Katie was absolutely PHENOMENAL. From the second we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and completely on top of everything. Our drinks were never empty, our food came out perfectly timed, and she made sure every detail was right without us ever having to ask. She made us laugh the entire time — the perfect balance of funny, personable, and professional. It felt natural and genuine, and she truly elevated the whole experience. And to be completely honest, we haven’t even had service this good at Michelin-starred restaurants. That’s how exceptional she was. If you’re going to Buffalo Wild Wings, ask for Katie, she’s the reason we’ll be coming back!

  I’m basing this review off of the bar experience, looking at all the other reviews I can understand why other people can be dissatisfied with the service they get because their server is most likely just a teen who mostly cares about getting paid (I don’t blame them but still a jobs a job and they should treat it as such). For my experiences I always come to the bar and it’s always a good experience, the bartenders always look out for you when your ready for your next drink or are ready for a to-go box. They’ve helped me even save money to get the most bang for the buck for food deals as well. The food quality is a coin toss depending if it’s busy or if the chefs are having a good day or not. Despite some inconveniences I’d expect it from a chain restaurant so I still give it a 5/5. Cheers to your bartenders for keeping it real! P.S to owner: bring back my twisted tea! I miss it and wish you brought it back to the draft menu.
