I have been at outback in other states and the service was great. Even last year when I traveled to Florida I had a wonderful time. However this time I cannot say the same what happened was that when I walked in the servers were talking amongst themselves and I had to actually rouse them to ask them if I could be seated when I was sitting there I noticed that the lady had brushed my table off from the crumbs still on the tables. They brought out my drink and I had to ask them to clear the table, then the salad which was wilted was presented and again I had to ask to have the table cleaned. They took an inordinate amount of time to come up and asked me if I wanted something to drink and when they finally did it sort of like well are you ready to order the waiter did not even introduce himself his name is later I found out was Arturo instead of saying welcome and asking what I wanted to drink he just says are you ready to order I ended up ordering something I was surprised when they did not have any bread served then I found out later on that it was something you had to request sorry I did not realize the rules had changed when I found that out it was the guy who had sent me the my meal and then I asked for bread and he says oh I'll bring it to you well 20 minutes later as I was finishing up most of my meal, Arturo came back and said oh you wanted bread I'll get it for you and that was another 15 minute wait the potato was very nice and hot however the steak which I ordered medium rare was cold and I had ordered the ribeye which was the expensive one and I had a large portion of fat with it which I took which I took a picture because I was really upset for the quality of the food I wasn't asked if I wanted dessert I had to ask for more as refill a second refill on a drink which was a soda meanwhile the table next to me in front of me was four guys and they just kept bringing the beers in obviously I'm the wrong kind of customer I have had wonderful experiences here the salad was definitely already been wilted and was not fresh. I have been loyal for years but the lack of professionalism and pride let alone a cold steak which beside the baked potato was over the top. I am amazed I wasted $55. I had to ask for A-1 which came in a dirty squeeze bottle, and wasn't asked if my food was fine. All I got was a thumbs up from Arturo when he finally decided to look me way I was only in the middle of my meal when I was presented with a to-go box and check. It made me both angry and so disappointed, when all that you want is the money for a thin 1/2 ince thick rib eye, when I was told it would be a thick cut. The fat is what is on the right side of the plate. It has to be a miracle before I would consider going there again. And when my friends and colleagues ask, you will be at the bottom of my list, as I felt I was on yours

This Outback location is the worst place among other Outback places I used to visited. Breads are not hot, Foods are not warm enough. Broccolis are overcooked. Pasta is salty. Ribs has no smoke-flavor. It ruined my family dinner feast. The biggest disappointing part is the service. We'd waited for food over 30 min, so had to fill stomachs with breads and drinks. The lounge was not busy because it was Sunday evening. Plus, it was only 8:30 pm, but out waiter started removing all booth seats to clean floor while we were still dining to the next of them. In short, I won't go this location in the future.

The food was as expected but we were extremely disappointed in the clearly intentional mislead on the drink menu pricing. 8.99 all day, every day, right at the top of the beverage page. Then why was one of our drinks 11.99 and the other 13.99? Everything else on the menu has prices. False advertising. When I spoke to the manager he said told me he had never heard that before. I would have been fine with just the apology and the offer to adjust the bill but I cannot believe this is the first he had heard of it. We had already paid and left it at that, but customer beware.
