Apparently, the quality of the chicken is the lowest grade you can get, while charging regular prices. Nice staff, but quality of product... Not so nice.

At least own it. Hard to believe that management did not better prepare. This day comes every year, shouldn’t have been a surprised. The fact that I was not notified until well after promised delivery time was extremely disappointing! i will not be ordering here again! Super poor customer service and NO delivery! Have not received a refund either.

I placed my order early in the morning specifically to avoid issues, only to find out later in the afternoon that my order never even went through. I spent $94 on wings that I still haven’t been refunded. That’s unacceptable. Meanwhile, my colleague also ordered ahead of time and was repeatedly told to come back “in an hour.” He had to leave his home multiple times and miss chunks of the Super Bowl just to chase down food from a business that clearly has no idea how to properly staff or prepare for peak demand. This is basic planning. Super Bowl Sunday isn’t a surprise. It happens every year. Any halfway competent management team would have hired extra help or contractors to handle the volume. Instead, customers were left hanging while money was taken and orders weren’t fulfilled. This was a complete operational failure. I wasted time, money, and patience dealing with a business that doesn’t understand how to run itself on its biggest day of the year. I will never be coming back.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
