Worst service I ever had in any fast food restaurant! We went there today, 10/25/25, at 11am and ordered. Once we got the food, it was totally different. It turned out at 11am they still showed the breakfast menu on the wall, and we used the breakfast menu to make the order but they charged us and gave the food accordingly to their hidden lunch menu! They hurriedly turned the wall menu around to the lunch side only when I complained, and the lady didn’t express any regret and didn't offer to replace the food. The cashier lady (the receipt showed the name "Monica") was so rude and unfriendly, and I can’t understand why Wendy still didn’t fire her!

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there at all, completely lifeless and indifferent. The food was terrible: bad taste, soggy, and clearly made with no care. The place felt dirty and unorganized, more like a rundown roadside shop than a proper restaurant. Honestly, this location gives Wendy’s a bad name.
