The lady who took my order was wonderful. However the rest of the staff who was preparing my order took FOREVER. I waited 20 minutes. Not to mention the man who made my Avocado toast didn’t wear gloves and used his bare hands. And when he gave it to me I knew instantly I couldn’t eat it. For the amount and time it took it was not WORTH it I am very disappointed.

I’m not sure what she meant by that comment! I told her I have a long commute and by the time I get to work I need a pick me up. I work in the mall and this location is the most convenient and I like the coffee. I guess she is tired of a regular. Lol! She is usually very nice so not sure why she chose to comment the reason for my visit. Managers, do some etiquette training/refresher with your staff.
