- KSKatia ShylovskaFeb 18, 20261.0The staff stopped paying attention to customers’ requests. I ordered a cilantro salad and specifically asked for NO chips inside. Instead, they charged me for extra chips. When I received the receipt, I pointed out that they had added them by mistake. They said they couldn’t cancel the order but would refund the money. In reality, the salad still had chips in it, and I never received a refund. Confirmation of my theory: I asked for water no ice, I had water with ice. 🤣

- RBRajesh BansalNov 20, 20251.0ROACH SERVED WITH SALAD! The salad ordered (Thai ginger dressing with side of chicken) came with a roach in it. Noticed it when had it on fork almost to mouth. Gagged and did not eat. Waitress and manager came over and said they would not charge for the meal. To add insult, noticed today that they did charge for the meal that was left uneaten due to the roach in it. Fortunately I do have pictures of their salad with roach as well. Was not sure earlier whether or not to post this review because it is so disgusting, but going ahead anyways now seeing the credit card charge.
