  I go this JJs a lot. They're fast and the sandwiches always hit the spot.

  Delivery is fast sandwiches are ok. Delivery driver had an attitude problem I tipped him 50% and he wanted more. This was a while back so I'm sure they've hired new delivery drivers by now. I hope their service has improved

  Ordered a delivery for 5pm for cash payment. 6pm no delivery arrived, so I called. A woman answered the phone and told she deleted my order. I asked why, she claimed it was not paid for. I told her I had been waiting and no one has come. I reminded her I chose cash payment, how can I pay without someone coming. She then said well if send just any driver, they will keep the cash and not give it to the store. I was confused, I have never had this issue. She claimed she called multiple times, I received one call that was marked as spam. I told her that's on me/phone. But i told her that she did not call multiple times and i asked why would a driver keep money from store, therefore you think it is okay to just cancel my order. She did not answer but asked if I wanted to reorder, I declined. She lied several times, I did not feel great about the situation (eating their food). I have contacted corporate but wanted warn others.

  Bryant was really nice greeted me when I came in and made my sandwich fast which I really appreciated I wanted to tip but there’s no tip option on the payment ipad overall best Jimmy John’s in the area.
