  After 4 years, I visited the place with excitement to taste the food. The taste of the foods were subpar and confusion on the food. We ordered Butter chicken, Naan, Chicken 65, Baby Corn, Chilli Fried Noodles. I’ve never in my life ate or saw shredded chicken for Butter Chicken and chicken had raw smell. Both starters were ok had similar spice or sauces. Such a shame that one of the popular restaurant in Bellevue that I’m known off compromising on food quality.

  The mustard paneer was excellent, and the chili garlic noodles were equally impressive-perfectly spicy, flavorful, and served in a very generous portion

  Worst experience I’ve had at an Inchin's bellevue Location. As a long-time regular of the brand, the Bellevue branch was a massive letdown. They served our main courses before the appetizers and seemed confused when we pointed out the mistake. The food was even worse. The Garlic Chicken was 1-star quality at best. We ordered the Chilli Garlic Noodles "extra spicy," but they arrived cold and sweet. When we sent them back, the kitchen clearly just microwaved the same dish with some chili sauce stirred in. It was inedible and we had to return it. Extremely disappointing service and food quality—won't be coming back to this location.

  We always loved food here. But recently I dont know what happened, the food quality has gone down. Especially the gravies dont taste and smell good. Tried multiple of them with chicken. Probably its the new sauces that they switched to. Please Inchin, bring back the old flavor. Thanks

  I've tried this place multiple times purely because I love Indian Chinese cuisine. Honestly, I have mixed feelings about it. There have been occasions when the food tasted absolutely delicious, but at other times, the main courses and side dishes were either undercooked or the spices just didn’t blend well, resulting in a poor overall taste. It’s quite disappointing. Last night, I ordered on Uber Eats, and the hot garlic chicken I received was not only undercooked but also felt like the chicken hadn’t absorbed any of the spices at all. Overall, it was very disappointing. While the behaviour and service at restaurant is good, I wish they were more consistent with their cooking because what’s the point if a restaurant doesn’t serve consistently good food that it should.
