  Until recently, this was just a normal seating area for the Nordstrom Cafe. Now, they have roped it off and charge money to enter (or alternatively, you can sit here if you spend 15k+ annually at Nordstrom). The people here eat the exact same food as those in the Nordstrom Cafe, and sit RIGHT NEXT TO the people in the Nordstrom Cafe, just behind a rope. They try very hard to seem "exclusive." It's weird.

  Nordstrom Icon Lounge is a comfy and welcoming spot — the perfect space to relax, and grab some bites and drinks. Icons get complimentary food and beverages: bar snacks (chips, nuts and olives), 2 non-alcoholic drinks and 1 appetizer. You can also order from the regular menu. The food is great; it’s restaurant quality. The polenta fries are crispy on the outside and soft inside — very addictive, especially with the tomato aïoli. The chicken meatballs are flavorful and substantial, and the heirloom tomato burrata salad is fresh and creamy. The drinks are very good as well. Service is friendly and attentive (shoutout to Min!). Icons get a complimentary $25 gift card, which is a really nice perk (although that might be a temporary promo?). Overall, Nordstrom Icon Lounge is a great spot to take a break from the hustle and bustle of browsing and shopping. Great food, great drinks and great vibes all around!
