Biggest cheapskates on the toppings. The 9.99, which is actually 10.99 because all ads are lies these days, topping deal is bogus and just a way to cheat you out of money. Seriously, they must be trying to sprinkle toppings on through a salt shaker. Pizzas ordered in the past not through this deal had more toppings.
