He is truly amazing and the main reason I continue to bring my children back to celebrate their birthdays here. Our experience started with my 5-year-old's birthday party, and from the moment we arrived, John went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Because of the outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine care he showed our family, ! felt confident bringing my 14-year-old and later my 16-year-old back to celebrate their birthdays as well. Each experience was just as wonderful as the first. John consistently made sure my kids felt special, the parties ran smoothly, and that we were all having fun and stress-free as parents. It's rare to find a manager who truly cares about creating memorable experiences for families, but John does exactly that. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication make a huge difference, and because of him, Dave & Buster's has become our go-to place for birthday celebrations. Highly recommend-thank you, John, for making such lasting memories for my kids and our family!
