I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. Eugene was absolutely amazing! SUPER energetic, all smiles, and genuinely eager to help every single customer. His positive attitude stood out immediately and made my whole experience a 10/10.
Owner or manager, if you’re reading this: Eugene deserves a raise or a promotion to management. Hands down one of the best employees I’ve encountered at any restaurant. Chipotle is lucky to have him.

Made a large catering order for a work event and half of the food was never delivered. I tried to get this resolved with Chipotle Customer Service who offered a partial refund if they could verify with the restaurant. I was told that the restaurant claims that all of the food was delivered. This is simply not true; I have a voicemail from the manager stating that the delivery driver left a box of food at the restaurant (an hour after delivery time). For a 40-person event and spending $710 on food, having all of the toppings missing (cheese, sour cream, guac, tomato salsa, corn salsa, and tortillas) is unacceptable. Customer service has doubled down to say they cannot give me a partial refund. I will not be ordering Chipotle for my corporate catering events in the future.

Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. The staff acted like they were doing customers a favor or giving food away for free, instead of serving people who are paying. On top of that, they were clearly rationing portions, which is unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was the discriminatory behavior. One staff member openly mocked customers who spoke with an accent by deliberately asking the same questions over and over, even though other employees clearly understood them. It felt racist, humiliating, and completely inappropriate, especially since it happened in front of other customers.
Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. The Chipotle near Safeway in Bellevue
is much better, the staff there are polite, respectful, and actually treat customers like human beings. Management seriously needs to address the attitude, professionalism, and behavior at this store.
