- SSSqeakyMar 4, 20265.0Loud annoying shitty music but the food is so good it just makes up for it. Chipotle is surprisingly consistent everywhere. It tastes the same in Salt Lake City, Omaha, and Seattle. It's not spicy compared to more authentic ethnic cuisine, but that's okay. Most people don't like super spicy. You can get the very hot salsa or the chimchuri sauce if you want it to be a 3 out of 5 on the spicy scale.

When I placed in person order they consistently not follow instructions and miss putting items. I am guessing they probably instructed by the management to intentionally miss to save some cost. I am only saying this because they did twice even for online order and also in person order. For the I person I was telling them 3 folks , and they missed items in more than one box. They deserve not more than 1 star until they take things seriously and correct the service.

She said "NO GUAC IS NOT FREE". She then proceeded to GRAB my quesadilla with her BARE HANDS after grabbing money all day because she is a CASHIER who is grabbing food with NO GLOVES She kept giving me dirty looks as she was ringing me up like if she had a problem with me for mentioning the guac! And lastly didn't even give me a bag for my plate of food. Just took my plate of food as she rolled her eyes at me lol! I'll never come to this location again just because of that dirty person who chose to be mad and have a bad day about it. RIDICULOUS STAFF YOU GUYS HIRE!
