  I ordered from this Domino’s Pizza in Bellevue after getting back late from a long work trip and not having anything at home. I decided to try the New York crust pepperoni pizza, and it was better than expected. The slices were large, thin, and had that classic foldable style, with plenty of pepperoni and a good balance of sauce and cheese. It was hot and right on time, which was exactly what I needed after a long day. The ordering process was easy, and everything came out just right. Definitely a solid experience and I’ll be ordering again.

  Hats off to the chef working 3/28 at 10pm. There should be a statue of his likeness held high on a pedestal. This man could solve world peace with his art. He might just be the greatest chef of all time. Thank you kind sir..... God bless you

  I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from this Domino’s location. Their app wouldn’t process my delivery order, which basically forces you to go through DoorDash. This isn’t a one-time issue either—it’s been happening for weeks. I’ve even deleted and redownloaded the app to try to fix it, and it still doesn’t work. Because of that, we ended up spending $45 on a medium pizza with three toppings, a 16-count Parmesan bread bites, two ranches, and a two-liter soda. Meanwhile, if you’re lucky enough to get their app to work, they offer a coupon for essentially the same order—but with a large pizza—for $25, plus an $8.99 delivery fee (which is already high for being less than 2 miles away). Even with that fee, it’s still cheaper and more food than ordering through DoorDash. On top of that, you can’t use your Domino’s profile, rewards points, or coupons when ordering this way, which makes it even more frustrating. The food quality didn’t justify the price at all. The pizza was undercooked on the bottom and wasn’t cut all the way through, making it difficult to eat. The Parmesan bread bites were completely soaked in oil and not crispy whatsoever. If customers are being pushed to pay higher prices through a third party, the quality and overall experience should at least meet expectations. This definitely did not.

  I ordered a custom pizza with extra pepperoni for pickup. Upon collection, it arrived completely without pepperoni, contrary to my specifications. I called to report the issue, but no one answered and my complaint was never resolved. This reflects poor quality control and unacceptable customer service. I do not recommend this establishment.

  Domino’s in Bellevue is a reliable go-to whether you’re picking up or getting delivery — the pizza always comes out fresh and hot either way. The deals as a member are genuinely hard to beat, making it easy to justify ordering more than you probably should. Stopped in for a pickup recently and the staff inside were friendly and had the order ready right on time. Nothing fancy, but consistently delivers on what you’d want from a pizza night. Great value, great experience every time
