  My sister and I recently visited Dave & Buster’s and had a great experience thanks to the staff, especially Jesse! When we first sat down, there was some confusion about who our server would be but Bianca kindly stepped in and took our order. Shortly after, Jesse became our server, and he made our whole visit amazing. Jesse was super friendly, attentive, and made everything easy and enjoyable. He checked in at the right times and made sure we had everything we needed. His attitude and service really stood out and made a big difference in our experience. We really appreciated both Jesse and Bianca and will definitely be coming back!

  Just went here over the weekend with my family and was pleasantly surprised. Our server Alex was very helpful and accommodating with all the kids and they loved the chocolate cake. Was so fun to have an area for the adults to relax while the kids could play safely. Will definitely be going back!!

  We hosted an end-of-season celebration for the Jr Kraken (KCI) youth hockey team (~40 guests) at Dave & Buster’s Bellevue on 3/14, and the experience was honestly shocking. Within minutes of sitting down, a manager came in and publicly reprimanded the group in front of the kids, stating we couldn’t use the room if we ordered individually because it was “for people who spend a lot of money.” She then said the kids could sit at a table for 15 while parents sat at the bar — except the table wasn’t even set up. At one point, I personally heard her ask staff if she should “kick them out.” A server, Manny, ultimately stepped in and helped salvage the situation, but even then the ordering process was disorganized and chaotic. This was supposed to be a celebration for a youth team. Instead, it started with a public scolding and confusion. What’s equally disappointing is that after multiple attempts to contact corporate, including detailed written communication, there has been no meaningful response or follow-up from regional leadership. For a company that markets itself as a destination for group events and celebrations, this experience — and the lack of accountability afterward — was extremely disappointing.

  Been here a couple of times. Food always end up being served cold and service is a hit or miss. We've have to run around to even find someone to get us seated. Over that they automatically add a 20% Gratuity for large groups. Doesn't make sense when WA already has equal wages for everyone and a burger+ drink cost $40 here. On the good side, the games are fun. I would recomend to come for the games but eat somewhere else. If you reach out to manager, they're cooperative and try to make up for it. But don't keep hopes high for improvment on your next visit.

  This place would be really awesome, if they were to hire a few new staff members. The short blonde and her coworker behind the bar are both very snotty , even when getting tipped well, which I don't quite understand. I suggest you hire new wait staff or bar staff if you would like for people to want to come back to your location. We're not coming back to this one because no one wants to pay money to be condescended to.
