  So sick of this brand’s lack of consistency and quality standards. Literally the second time I go an insect in my food, and the bot on the app won’t even give you a refund.

  I understand this job is so stressful but the employees don’t need to work here any longer. every time we come in theyre so rude and don’t even look at you, they don’t show you the food instead act like they’re forced at gunpoint to make a burrito. I understand how difficult fast food is and theyre only human, this job isn’t for them and for the sake of this restaurant please get better employees. Not to mention it’s filthy, health hazard.

  The lady was getting portion sizes like they were rations, my burrito was so small it was pretty much all tortilla I will do my best to steer as much people away from this place possible total scam! Don’t go!

  I ordered a chipotle bowl and got the smallest serving sizes possible. I worked a long day at work and my stomach was empty and this is what I get.

  This was the portion served to me today, the short lady with dark hair gave me these portions and I still had to pay full price, this has been reoccurring issue, I genuinely do not recommend this place.
