  Not returning to this location. Every time I came back they messed up my burrito and made the wrappers all messy with the sauce.

  I had a really frustrating experience today. We ordered two bowls, and the staff barely paid attention they just kept rice and beans and sent it to the billing area. Communication was a big issue, she is not able to English and behaving like as if she is giving them for free. Customer service like this is honestly disappointing. I expect at least basic attention and definitely not the experience I was hoping for. ALL FRONT STAFF NO ONE IS INTERESTED TO PAY ATTENTION

  Been coming to this chipotle for years now and the service has just gone down hill so much lately. They've hired this crew and they don't understand the meaning of "give me some extra...." and it's the most basic things ever, like sour cream and cheese. I have had to literally ask four times in a row for this Mexican lady to give me some more, as if it's coming out of her paycheck. I've filled out surveys and complained but nothing has changed.

  This was the most well run Chipotle I have been to. The people were great. The process is the process, that's fine. But the people here are just fantastic.

  Horrible service. The staff at the front were charging extra for salsa, even though my meal came with chips, and their attitude came off very aggressive. I’ve never been to a Chipotle where they try to charge extra for a side of salsa or make it such a big deal.
