There's often employees in the store, BUT (and this is especially true at the meal "rush" times) most of the time they're not attending to the customers physically in front of them. No, they're building sandwiches for the person at home on their phone and placed an order using the app. So they have to juggle between people actually physically in the store, and their digital orders, which also come with a promise time of about 15-20 minutes. So if it's you and three other customers in the store, but fifteen digital orders already placed, well guess what? That makes you about tenth in line to get served! So I say either, order in the app yourself, or pack your patience, because your sandwich is not going to be ready quick if you haven't already ordered by the time you get there.
