  March 12, 2026, I ordered online, $69.55 (including tip). The delivery was marked delivered before they actually brought my food. The carrier hands me the food and proceed to say he forgot the 2-liter at the store, he will return within 15 minutes with it. After an hour, I reached out to the store. The lady that answered the phone said oh ok, I can see the drink, but we can offer you a credit on a pizza or mail you out a voucher. I said I would just like a refund. She said OK, she would be processing it, and it would be back onto my card within 5-7 business days. Now I was irritated when we had to finish our meal without the drink; I became frustrated when I called in with my issue and a refund wasn't offered. I digress. I called back on the March 17, 2026 because I had not received my refund. I was told I would receive a call from the manager because he had to look into why I haven't received the refund. It's March 26, I have yet to receive my money. I wouldn't recommend supporting this location and seeing how there is no way to reach corporate; cancel the whole franchise. Why are we consistently trusting to spend our money in places that clearly doesn't appreciate, value, or even respect our dollar. With the amount of money I was spending with this location, I would rather starve before seeing them receive another hard earn cent from me.   Great price and honestly really good pizza. I have always gotten exactly what I ordered. Kids working here are pretty nice.

  I am so unhappy with this experience. The pizza was mediocre at best and honestly we didn't end up finishing one of them. The cheese and pineapple pizza was fine but the vegetarian one was very wet. The thing that I am so super very upset about is the cheesy tater tots. I am so frustrated at what I got from what is in the picture. I know that things are not going to look like what is in the picture but this was pathetic. It was mushy. There were barely any tater tots and for $10 it was a waste of money. I can't believe how little food I got for $10. The picture shows me after I ate two tater tots because I was like crap. I need to take a picture of this. I will not be going back to this place. I am not happy with what I received.
