  Unfortunately, I did not order anything. I asked to use the restroom. The woman at the counter kindly advised me that I must order something to use the restroom. I replied that I will order something but I needed to use the facilities fairly urgently. She then explained she could take my order now then allow me to use them. I then said never mind and began to walk away. She wished me a good day. Everything was professional. But where is the trust? I used the restroom at a restaurant next door and lost my appetite from that policy (if it's even a policy). I'm not some bum. I'm in uniform on my lunch break. Made me feel very unwelcomed. Got a sour taste now when thinking of Wendy's. Great professionalism but poor policy.

  The most stuck up workers especially in the morning. Acting like a bunch of entitled somebody's that aren't nothing. Especially the older lady at the front counter. Learn some manners.

  The last experience I had at this location several months ago was negative, but I thought I would try again. Unfortunately, the service has only gotten worse. This time a female employee at the drive thru had a very unpleasant attitude as I was placing my order. She seemed to be struggling with taking my order, perhaps their computer system was being slow, I’m not sure— but the unnecessary rudeness is not professional and can make guests feel unwelcomed.

  Food here is hit or miss but this time and the last time food was amazing not like the one on pacific highway rude staff and food absolutely sucks
