  I tried to cancel my order through the app and it couldn't i called the store and asked them to cancel it and they said no so i drove to the store and the manager refused to do anything and all i ordered was a bean and rice burrito

  Unattentive at the drive through, not fully listening. I had to correct my order multiple times as they kept trying to add chicken onto my items (I'm vegetarian). Then they forgot to give me my credit card back and I had to pull back around for it. Thankfully they had it set aside but still not the best experience.

  I used to looovee their Mexican pizzas and a few different things on the menu but they did something to the sauce and I can't eat it now, like, at all. Very disappointing cause I used to love it! I use the mild sauce on many things and don't eat them without it so since the dice changed, and the sauce itself I think too on the Mexican pizza, I don't go anymore except I found 1 thing I like which is the avocado ranch stacker, that sauce is nice and it's just good and relatively filling. It's $3.39 incl tax which is ok I guess but I think it's more worth under $3-, like even $2.79, 80 tops. So I don't get it very often. I'm poor right now, so it makes a difference. *:(

  I ordered the two chulupa, nacho, and bean, rice, and nacho cheese burrito and a drink. I was not able to get what I wanted. When I talked with the manager she said to come back and they would fix it. I was greatful they honored that, but messed up the replacement order as well.
