  Worst service. Extremely rude person. He said indian people give him hard time while him being indian. (he said his name is singh). The staffs doesn’t understand anything you say. He said I can do whatever I want when I said this is not how he can speak to customers. Can’t believe such place exists in US.

  If I could put a 0 I would. This subway has rude employees and they are ripping everyone off. The cheese is suppose to be a square. Not a triangle. Otherwise they would need to put 4 triangles on a six inch. And they only put 2. And they tried to charge me $18 for a six in pepperoni. This place needs new management and everyone there needs to be retrained to follow subway formula.

  I visited this Subway during my break. The woman who made my sandwich was friendly, but overall this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. I had to ask for extra toppings on everything just to get the amount I normally receive at other locations. For example, they initially only put four cucumber slices on the sandwich. After looking at prices from other Subway locations in the Auburn area, I also noticed this location charges about $1–$2 more for the same items. When I went to pay, the man at the register (possibly the manager) wouldn’t let me enter my phone number to earn rewards points. I also couldn’t redeem coupons through the Subway app because this store doesn’t participate, and I didn’t see the usual “Meal of the Day,” which made me wonder if they offer it at all. He quickly wrapped the sandwich without sealing it, handed it to me squished, and didn’t offer a receipt until I asked. Later, when I went to finish the sandwich after work, I unfortunately found a hair in it.

  Trash location. Seriously go somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would. TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE people. They ignore you when they mess up your order and refuse refunds and also block your calls. I paid an additional $5 for double protein to receive 4 slices of meat on my entire footlong sandwich. Refused to fix it or add more. Hang I up on me when I call and tell me to online for a refund when online told me I have to go thru the location itself. I will NEVER be ordering from this terrible location ever again.
