  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced tonight. I placed a delivery order because we’re preparing to leave for a flight and didn’t have time to leave the house. When the order arrived, the pizza had the wrong sauce. Since there was no receipt included, we called the store simply to confirm whether the order had been made incorrectly. When we spoke with the assistant manager, James, his response was immediately dismissive and unprofessional. Before even checking our order, he told us we would need to bring the pizza back to the store to prove it was incorrect. We explained that this wasn’t possible since it was a delivery and we are on a tight schedule. We even offered to send a photo, but he refused. After finally looking up the order, he stated that we had in fact ordered red sauce and said, word for word, that “he was right” and we were wrong. At that point, we acknowledged that the mistake may have been on our end, but the issue here is the way the situation was handled.Both my wife and I have over five years of experience working at Pizza Hut, including management roles. We understand how customer service should be handled, and this was far below standard. Regardless of who made the mistake, customers should be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism. This interaction felt dismissive, argumentative, and unnecessarily confrontational. I strongly encourage better training and accountability when it comes to customer service. We’ve had positive experiences in the past, which makes this even more disappointing

  Had horrible food. The owner offered to make it right but never answered my email. I removed stars for service.

  Shannon helped me place my order. I was happy to hear someone who had great customer service on the phone. In person she had such great energy and happy to do her job. It was certainly refreshing!

  Pizza sucked wings taste worse than store bought microwave ones and twice and a row that forgot my drink I'll NEVER get food from this place EVER again

  It was way to long he said it was going to be ready in about 15 minutes and its 30 minutes already
