- ABAndre BohallNov 23, 20252.0I have been here many times. I really like WS because they dont normally have feathers on their wings, maybe a few every now and then. We ordered 100 wings yesterday for a big meal. Cost was $140. Most of the wings had multiple feathers on them. Plus the flavor was sub par to what we normally have. Parmesean Garlic was lacking. Hot Honey we're dry. Lemon pepper was ok. Mango Habenero was fine but the feathers! Haha. So many feathers. I called to get a refund, they said they would call me back today. So they did, and I spoke to the manager. He offered a partial refund because we didnt bring the chicken back. I already drove 20 min one way to get the chicken, then I have to spend another 40 going round trip because they dont believe me. I asked him if I was supposed to pull the chicken out of the trash and bring it back for a full refund. He said "Yeah, you can do that?" So I asked why they can't just refund me so we don't have to go through all this, to which he said "I know every piece didn't have feather". So I asked if he inspected them all and knew that every piece didn't. Needless to say the conversation was already devolving by the time we got here. I'm not ever going back to WS because of this, and I'm pretty sure the dame people own the taco spot next door, so I'll have to pass on El Rinconcito too. Manager was young, but definitely came from the perspective that I was just trying to get free wings from them. Anyway, I told them I wouldn't write this if they just refunded my money. Eventually the manager hung up on me. Spending $140 on a meal like that deserves a review when the food and service is this bad. Pictures are hard to see but here are a few of the more obvious ones.

Not sure if its shrink flation but the wings are getting small. The customer service was also horrible. Overall I would say it is not worth Buffalo Wild Wings is way better.
