  There was two latin ladies taking our order but didn’t understand what we were asking for.. and i mean “we” as in my family. When I got to the window, both ladies gave an attitude because the order wasn’t right.

  Cashier was doing her job perfectly. Food came out before I could finish filling my drink cup. Seriously, it was astoundingly fast. Everything was freshly made and delicious despite being served near instantaneously. Dining room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Just the best Wendy's ever I guess ,,,🤷

  I got back from the gym (benching 240) and setting new prs (thats performance record btw) and was delighted my mint frosty (yum). I thought the cashier was a bit awkard but very sweet (sheesh). The atmosphere was great but the area where u order was a bit cramped. Probably the best fastfood place in Auburn. Peace.

  Went through the drive through with my kids after going to the trampoline park. We sat at the order box for a solid 5 minutes at least waiting for them to take our order. They just kept saying "hold on". Ordered 2 Dave's singles, 1 hamburger with ketchup only, and a 4 piece chicken strip. We waited for our food longer than normal. Only 1 car was in front of us. Went to pull away and we were missing a Dave's single and the hamburger had cheese on it. I tried to go inside to tell them and the door was locked so I had to go through the drive through again. And wait. Then the dude at the window argued with me about the order. I told him it was wrong and we were missing a burger. I started to get irritated with his disposition and refusal to awkowlegede anything was wrong. I said "ok fine, can I make a whole new order then and I'll pay for it?" because my kids won't eat this. Then he told me he didn't need my attitude and that he wasn't going to deal with me being rude. Me. Because he wasn't being rude at all?? I wouldn't have gotten upset at all if he wasn't telling me that I was wrong. They finally gave us our food, but it was all moot anyways. I wasted my money because my kids were too scared to eat the food because they thought that they probably spit in our food or did something bad to it because of how rude they were to us. I honestly cannot believe how completely messed up the entire experience was.

  I have enjoyed we Wendy's since the mid 70's all across the USA . Part of the Wendy's experience has always been exceptional customer service always served with a smile and a thank you . Never had an issue until this Wendy's. I'm a senior citizen every time I come here my order is wrong . It is never ever right . They treat you like a 2nd class citizen at the drive through. Tonight I asked for some crackers so I wouldn't suffer heart burn from the fried chicken sandwich. I was told crackers only come with chili and if I wanted crackers I would have to pay for them . I said whatever and thought she would go ahead and charge me for the crackers, apparently she did not comprehend what I had said.She pushed my order on me and closed the window with no crackers . Personal opinion : stay clear of this Wendy's this isn't the first time this same lady has been obnoxious and rude . I'm sure she wouldn't treat her friends or family in this manner so why is she treating customers like this. Last time she wanted money for ketchup when I ordered French fries . Kill your customer base and this Wendy's will close too . Hire respectful honest folks that have dignity . It helps to keep the doors open . I wonder if the owners just want to count their money ?
