  There was this delivery guy who is about mid 50s and white, had a really bad attitude and did not follow directions given. i said to leave it at the door as always and he comes banging at my door and he insisted i give him a tip. ( it wasn’t my card nor did i have cash) and after i told him that he walked away off my porch grunting and sighing. Definitely do not sign up for a job like that if you’re just going to be begging and not following directions. That’s the reason YOU don’t get tips.

  What's the point of cutting only the edges of the pizza and not the center of the pizza? The last few deliveries from this location and the center of the pizza is not cut.

  A delivery kid with no sign on his car decided it was ok to illegally Park in front of two different garages blocking my garage. I pulled up just in time to let him know that that was my garage, he said okay wait a sec as he proceeded to walk to an entirely different building (which ended up not even being the right building) I waited for about 2 mins to get in my own garage when he had the opportunity to move out of my way before he walked away. The nerve of someone who literally tell you they don't need to get out of the way of your garage so you can get in is crazy first of all. Then, when he came back to the car he had this smirk on his face and nothing to say about making me wait to get into my own garage. I decided I was going to go up to his window to see where he works because there was no sign on the car I knocked on the window he rolled down the window smiling and still had no apologies or explanation. I decided to go up there instead of calling, to make sure the complaint got to the store and not a call center... I got in there and he was bragging to the room full of teenagers (I assume because it's Nye) how some crazy lady just spazzed out. He tried to tell them I banged on his window and that he was just as polite as can be about everything. He also tried to lie and say he was legally parked. No manager came to speak with me.. although someone named Dakota claimed to be a manager. At first I thought he was being pretty nice about everything but at the end of the day he was just trying to calm me down and make what the kid did okay... Dakota would tell me his name, but when I asked him what the kid's name was he tried to say he's brand new and doesn't know his name. I kindly thanked him and told him I know you know his name but don't expect for you to tell me! I plan on going further up with my compliant because this is completely ridiculous. That kid didn't apologize or anything. I actually am a regular customer at this Domino's and now I won't be!

  I have been ordering your pizza for many years and have always been satisfied with the quality. Unfortunately, today’s order was a big disappointment. The pizza was extremely greasy, with oil literally dripping off it. The slices were completely soaked in oil, making it impossible to eat. It’s very upsetting to receive this level of quality from a place I’ve trusted for so long. I hope you will look into this issue.
