There were about 7–8 employees—everyone from the cook, to the drive-through worker, to someone heading to lunch, and even a few people just wandering around. Not a single person greeted me. I stood there for about a minute and a half, literally twiddling my thumbs, while multiple employees looked at me like I wasn’t even supposed to be there. I actually started to feel uncomfortable and was debating whether I should just leave. Right when I was about to walk out, two other customers came in. Suddenly, I got immediate attention and someone finally took my order. I’m not sure if the shift happened because more people walked in or what, but it definitely didn’t feel good. This was honestly horrible customer service. All customers should be treated equally—whether there’s a crowd behind them or not. You never know who someone could be: a secret shopper, a food reviewer, or even a CEO. Either way, every customer deserves acknowledgment and respect the moment they walk in.

He was told by a co worker that there would be 2 vegan bowls, and he kept trying to pit all the meat on them, only kept saying, "What else". I asked if there were fountain drink options, because the drink dispenser was around the corner out of view, he just grabbed 2 cups and threw them in a bag. Didn't even ask if I wanted a certain size. He only gave me 1 option. Very rude, direct and anti customer oriented.

When I called the restaurant. The worker only said "you can come back and will give you the chips"unfortunetly i was to far away to come back.work replied with "you can come back tomorrow". To be honest the person who answered did not sound sorry at all.I was desapointed!
