    We tried their new Steak Bites and found them tasty and tender. If course we enjoyed their Jamocha Shake. Great place to watch small planes landing at Auburn airport

    We went through the drive through, they were friendly, great service. The food was hot fresh and really good. We got all the condiments , napkins, straws. Can't complain about anything.

    I normally have no problems here. But tonight, I got a beef and cheddar sandwich with mozz sticks and a Coke. At the window I asked for ranch and horsey sauce, and the young man (whom I suspect was stoned) assured me that the sauces were in the bag. I take off, get home, and find four packets of Arby's sauce - no horsey sauce. I went back to the restaurant, drive up to the window, and said hi, remember me?? I asked for horsey sauce, do these look like horsey sauce? He said no, with no apology at all, in fact looked very put out because I deigned to return. How DARE I do that!!! Always check your order before you drive away at this Arby's, and watch out for the tall probably stoned kid with brown curly hair. I told him next time, this place might pay for my gas!! I won't be returning for their overpriced food and inept and RUDE "customer service" for awhile!!!
