  Absolute garbage customer service, definitely would not recommend shopping here, especially if use self checkout and would need help with the simplest things at night cause the guy that works the self checkout area is one of the laziest people ive ever seen working in a customer service part of the store, you sholdnt be working in a grocery store if you dont want to deal with helping people

  I have lived in the Arlington area for years, the restroom at the Safeway at Smokey point is beyond embarrassing, it's equivalent to a restroom out in the middle of nowhere at a gas station,it's nothing but the owners being completely lazy by not having a sufficient restroom, these restrooms are gross you have to go all the way in the back or where they stock groceries,etc I've been here for years and the fact that they don't have up-to-date bathrooms isnothing but total BS, but the owner or whatever is going to give you signal line of BS and thing and thank you for your input how about you fix it instead of just thinking people for their input , it's pathetic and lazy

  Pre ordered fruit, veggies and cheese/meat trays for party and set a pickup time for 10 am... they Didn't make tge cheese/meat tray and wanted me to wait 30 minutes so they could get one made. 😕 when you order something and are on a timed schedule.. you don't always have 30 min to wait. The gal didn't seem to understand that part. Wanted to finish pricing other stuff before she started. I only went there because there trays have great presentation... Not my normal grocery store and after this will not be. Deeply disappointed

  Have to give a 5 star review after one morning around 4 or 5 am. I was on my way home from work In Arlington. All of a sudden I needed to take the browns to the super bowl. There was no one else open and most gas stations now a days don't have public / customer restrooms. I took a chance and went into Safeway thankfully they were open. As soon as I walked in there was an employee working near the entrance I asked the employee where the restroom was and he informed me that the bathrooms are not open that early In the morning but I must have looked like I needed to go because the employee made an exception and got the key and told me to meet him at the end of an Isle. There was absolutely no way I was gonna be able to hold it the 25 minutes drive home.
