Sometimes they get it right but usually not and you also get to wait up to 20 minutes or more while they give your oder to other people. I don't know why I keep coming back it's almost like I'm asking for this kind of punishment. 2/10 do not recommend if you are hungry and want what you ordered.

We went there a week ago to treat our kids in the evening. Practically all the tables had not been cleaned. While we waited for our order we overheard an employee shouting profanity at a customer. When I confronted the employees about their unprofessional behavior in front of my children, they did not take me seriously. Multiple people claimed to be the manager. When I asked to file a formal written complaint, the “manager” brought me a sticky note and a sharpie. I could hear other employees at the fry station laughing at the situation.
Tonight my wife took our kids there for ice cream through the drive-thru. The Sundays came out half full. When she asked them about it, they did not respond, shut the window and she could see them smirking at eachother.
What a disappointment! Twice in a row. What happened to professionalism in the workplace??
We’re locals, but likely won’t be back for a long time. Hopefully the franchise owner can clean things up.
