Ordered breakfast through the app and went to pick it up and they refused to give me my order since it was 10:40 and to late to get breakfast even though it went through on the app and was paid for. They told me I had to cancel the order on my end cause it wouldn't let them cancel it on theirs. Well I couldn't cancel it on my end cause it said they had started prepping it. So now I don't have my food and I don't have the money I used to pay for it. Don't they have to honor it if it's paid for?!?

McDonald’s is the definition of average — and that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just exactly what you expect. The food is consistently “okay”: the burgers are decent, the fries are usually the best part, and the drinks and desserts are fine, but nothing really stands out. It’s not bad food, but it’s also not memorable. It’s reliable, predictable, and familiar, which is honestly the main appeal. Service tends to be hit or miss depending on the location and time of day. Sometimes it’s fast and efficient, other times it feels slow and disorganized, but rarely terrible enough to be a dealbreaker. You usually get your order, it’s usually correct, and the experience is usually… fine. That’s kind of the theme. The restaurants themselves are typically clean enough, functional, and practical — not cozy, not special, not uncomfortable either. Just standard fast-food atmosphere with bright lights, basic seating, and that familiar McDonald’s smell that somehow exists in every location. Overall, McDonald’s is the ultimate “average everything” experience. Average food, average service, average environment, average value. It’s the place you go when you don’t want to think too hard about where to eat, when you want something quick, or when nothing else sounds better or worse. It doesn’t impress, but it doesn’t usually disappoint either — it simply exists as a dependable, middle-of-the-road option that meets expectations without ever really exceeding them.

Honestly, McDonald's is driving me crazy! The menu is filled with calorie bombs and processed junk that just makes you feel gross afterward. Every time I go, I’m reminded of how stale the quality is. And what’s up with the service? It’s slow and chaotic, leaving you feeling frustrated. Plus, those questionable animal welfare practices are a turnoff. Seriously, I’m done with fast food that doesn’t care about quality!

I'm disabled and came in when they had just mopped so I carefully sat at the closest bench. I have a slow phone and began trying to place an order on the app, to avoid slipping and falling with my crutches on the slippery floor. After 5 min on my phone still trying to place the order an old lady that works there approached my table and told me if I do not order I will be told to leave. Despite being appalled I still kindly explained I was having issues with my my phone, using the app. She said nothing and went back behind the counter but 2 more min went by and she came back and was almost demanding I leave at this point claiming she was waiting for my order to come through and it hasn't. I told her the same thing again, my phone is slow, at this point a friend joined me and I explained what eas going on. They told me to use the kiosk so she would leave us alone, so I attempted the very slippery floor to order $30 in food. When she brought my meal to my table she didn't even bring me half the order, said nothing and dropped my tray on thr table aggressively and walked away with out even apologizing for mistreating me when I obviously a paying customer at that point, which she claimed I wasn't without giving me the opportunity. Now I would understand if I looked like regular riffraff, but I am a productive member of society, disabled from a car accident, single mother or two and completely independent of any assistance or help from anyone or entity and I was in normal mid 30s mom like clothing and wasn't carrying any bags of any kind. She had no reason to discriminate against me unless she has an issue with disabled people. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here, to to Wendy's across the road. This woman should be fired, I may have been there to plan my daughter's 6th bday party for all she knew and potentially brought alot of business. I'm a retail manager myself and speak with 100s of people a day and have no problem talking about my experience when it's relevant in conversation. I ended up going to the counter and letting the manager know she didn't bring all my food out, and they offered me a card for a free meal. I appreciate something was done but it was not enough to make it acceptable for her employee to humiliate me without apologizing for doing so. I hope this old lady gets discriminated against sometime throughout her day, misjudged and humiliated and has to feel exactly as she made me feel today when I was simply trying to eat lunch out, something I never get to do as a disabled person that cannot walk, or drive and spends most my time at home all day everyday...
