  Casino was great, at least for me. I won 100 dollars in free for being a first timer there so you really can't beat that. Casino was decent size, had all my favorites. Bar was ok, drinks were 7 for my White Claws. Bathrooms were kind of clean, mainly reeked if smoke. Room was pretty good. It was quiet and for a hotel that is very important to me.

  Wow second time is a charm for this casino . Last year my husband and I stayed at the casino for two days for our anniversary. We came down with our bags after having a great night gambling . We went on to the gaming floor after just checking out and said to each other why not gamble some more and maybe stay another night . We got lucky and won . I was followed by security and questioned why I have my bag with me . My husband had a bag also and wasn’t questioned . Upset and being followed I went out the front door . After telling my husband he said nope we’re not staying here again. Mind you , he’s a white male and I’m a black female . He asked why security was outside waiting next to me to leave . I didn’t say anything caused no issue and ignored them . I came here yesterday after hitting three jackpots at other casinos with a friend I told her I know casino we could stay at that has the most beautiful Veiw . We went and stayed the night . We decided to go to the cravers in the morning . The waitress was unbelievable rude not to my friend but to me . She gave me nasty looks , then when I tired to get her attention for some hot water and lemon she came to the table saying “what” as if I was a bother to her . My friend had no issue with her but notice the nasty behavior from the server to me . I tired to look at her badge and she has it in her hip not visible. Again, it seems as if some employees have a racial bias . I wanted to stay and gamble and show my friend the property and view yet our morning was ruined by another employee there. I won 14,000 between two casino and wanting to spend more yet it seems that “some” of the employees have a racial bias on guest . For me to run into two issues nearly a year apart and having being treated differently then my friends seems to be a pattern here . I’m going to write tribal members and then write the local paper as well as let some of social media friends review this casino and I’m sure they will run into the same issues that I have . I’m unbelievably disappointed and upset that I was looked at differently and profiled by sercurity . Two times is the charm …. I’m hoping someone can reach out because there is more to the story like the fact when I asked another employee for the name of the server she gave me the wrong name of the server . I’m not a person that makes a fuss about anything . I’m very simple going . However , customers service and racial bias seems to be a pattern of behavior at this casino.

  Got kicked out of the parking lot to sleep overnight after being authorized by the casino front desk That I could sleep over night in the parking lot to meet a person for a delivery. Then security lied that I threatened them and called the police to have me trespassed after I rented RV space . I expect a full refund for RV space. What has it gotten to when businesses allow security to run their operations. I will not be back to this location ever. And I have a big, white van that i'm gonna put reviews on the side of it for your casino

  Would highly suggest going somewhere else if you plan on getting a room. Front desk was rude off the bat for no reason(Delilah). Then we paid extra for a bay view room when we were met with a bunch of RVs and trashy trailers blocking the view. Worst hotel iv stayed in awhile...... Also the snail trail on the seat is a nice touch...

  My husband and I stayed Friday, the 13th - 15th. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay celebrating our 25th anniversary. We have stayed here more than once before and chose to again. We are pleased with our stay. Thank you, Paul & Laura Gamble.
