  Every time I go, I seem to lose all my money within the first five minutes I don’t have any good bonuses like the machines are locked out all the time. Every time I go, I regret even going to the point where I’m not gonna return.

  I WANT TO START WITH THE PROS. WE LOVE THE NEIGHBORS PROMO THAT IS OFFERED EACH MONTH. $10 F.P. $10 COMP. THEY HAVE AMAZING FOOD. DEFINITELY WISH IT WAS OFFERED MORE THAN ONCE EACH MONTH BUT SINCE IT IS THE ONLY CASINO THAT OFFERS ANYTHING LIKE IT, I WILL TAKE WHAT I CAN GET. BEAUTIFUL LOCATION, RIGHT ON THE WATER. RV PARKING IS OFFERED IN THE BACK WHICH IS RIGHT ON THE WATER AND MAKES FOR AMAZING SUNSETS. CONS ARE LIKE THE REST OF THE CASINOS, JUST CANT WIN ANYTHING UNFORTUNATELY! I PROMISE I KNOW SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO SHARE THE SAME SENTIMENT. THIS GOES FOR ALL THE CASINOS FOR SURE!!!

  I am so very disappointed in the customer service of this place. I would never recommend it. We had scheduled a room on Dec 11th. However due to the flooding we tried to cancel prior to our stay. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND OR TO ALLOW US TO RESCHEDULE, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A SAFETY ISSUE. Their lack of understanding, empathy and concern is very telling. This issue has been ongoing since DEC 10th and absolutely no resolution has been offered by them. Now we are having to try dispute on the credit card.

  I really, really hate to make this accusation but I feel I must! I feel like the bubble craps game at the Swinomish Casino is rigged; honestly, I do feel this way, and I would not make this accusation without very serious consideration! On multiple occasions now in single seatings I have witnessed a very unnatural number of seven's come up in a row one after another (multiple times in a short time period!). I have also witnessed, on multiple occasions now, seemingly endless 7-out situations unlike anything I have experienced on a real live "natural" craps table. Look, I realize you will say to yourself "oh he is losing therefore he is complaining"...but, it is not the case. I am basing it upon what i experience with live roll craps tables and there definitely is a significant difference in my experiences. I believe I have the experience level on both craps games (live craps tables and bubble craps) to state that something definitely seems abnormal on the bubble craps side at Swinomish. I would request from Swinomish casino that they provide transparent dice for the bubble craps game and also provide histogram information for the dice rolls (even over days or weeks of data to those who request this). These steps would go a long ways to gaining trust from skeptics such as myself and others out there.
