  I don't know why I keep trying this location. Perhaps it is the belief that it can't really be as bad as I recall from the last time. It is. I have yet to have my order correctly delivered. That is a problem as I often intend to eat my sandwich at the ferry line, and by the time I discovered the order is wrong, it's too late. There is something desperately wrong at this location. Perhaps they hire substandard employees and fail to provide adequate supervision and training. How hard is it to make a sandwich? Apparently it is beyond the abilities of this lot. It also appears that the concept of fast food is beyond them. No one should have to wait 20 minutes in a Drive-Thru. Yet this is a common experience at Jimmy John's in Anacortes. Corporate Jimmy John's should do a serious top to bottom review of this location. It isn't doing good things for the image of their franchise. I'm pretty sure I won't be going back, which is a shame. The concept is good. Sadly, the execution is not

  Tried Jersey Mike’s and it was seriously good. We got two hot subs — the Toasted Roast Beef & Cheddar (no horseradish) and the Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch with the Kickin' Ranch sauce — both were amazing. Super tasty and filling. Also got a cold sub which was solid, but the hot ones were definitely the stars. Great value for what you get. Honestly torn now — this might be our new go-to spot. Highly recommend giving it a shot!
