  As you’re walking up to the door, the whole place smells like deep fat fried grease black Trails going to the door from the garbage can as soon as you open the door to go in the foyer, black mold all over the floor and wall walls in the corners we did not go in. We turned around and beat feet out of there. We did not feel like dying today from eating it such a filthy disgusted, McDonald’s. What has happened to the health department? Do they not do their job anymore is eating out like playing Russian roulette or what! Outside front of the store and in the foyer area, I can’t help but to wonder what the kitchen looks like

  I placed a dine-in order at a kiosk. No receipt printed. The table tent says to place it on the table and "we'll bring your food to you." We waited for almost an hour. It was busy so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I went to the front to ask if maybe my order got lost in the shuffle, the person behind the counter told me the food sitting on the counter was mine and that they had called out the order number for me to come get it. My food sat at the counter for over 20 minutes, but no receipt printed, and the table tent specifically says, "We'll bring your food to you."

  The Arch Deluxe, it was very good the sauce was dead on and better than the Big Mac sauce.

  Hello, I was an Uber eats driver picking up an order at this McDonald's today, so to be fair I was not a customer, but I would like to give credit where credit is due to a wonderful employee who stood up for what was right and have the courage and immense bravery in order to deal with a pathetic and immature man who pushed kids off their own bikes and then came back to the store and made a scene and yelled at these kids like a little boy himself despite the fact that he was driving a big truck and had his own child with him in his truck. He acted like a spoiled brat. One of the employees, middle-aged woman perhaps? I think I overheard that her name was Kelcie? She was like a superhero or at the very least just a good and decent human being who stands up for what is right. This woman took the charge and dealt with this man fairly, more fairly than he deserved if I can be frank, all while getting his license plate number and reporting it to 911. What a champ! Thank you so much! I hope that awful "man" had a "fun" conversation with the police explaining why he assaulted and screamed at young children and DEFINITELY disturbed the peace at McDonald's. If you need a witness for any charges brought against them please reach out to me through Google. But mostly I want to think that Brave woman tonight. I'm not even a big fan of McDonald's nor do I live near Airway Heights but, if I'm in the area, I may just stop in and thank you for your amazing character. I hope you had a much better night than that guy. And to be fair even though I have never dined at this McDonald's, I have learned that people speak loudly through their actions and I would be happy and privileged knowing that such a brave person was working behind the counter on my Big Mac. Thank you.

  Double check your food here. More than half the time they will forget to give you part of your order you paid for. They’re under staffed and take forever to make your order, incorrectly.
